We also offer the unique opportunity for collectors to view the artist in person while he creates the commissioned work. Our team also documents each commission with photographs and video footage, as the artwork is being created. Framing and fully insured delivery are also offered as a courtesy. Q: What forms of payments do you accept?

You can pay by most major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercad, Amex, Diners, JCB) via a secure and encrypted connection. Once you have entered you card details on our secure SSL payment page, our payment gateway provider will securely send these details to the bank to be authorised. This is a completely secure process and they ensure that your details cannot be accessed by a third party. The payment gateway provider is level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are active members of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council). The Stephen Wiltshire Ltd does NOT store your financial data. Q: Do you deliver worldwide?

UPS Small Parcels offers world wide delivery within six days. The cost of this service is £17.99 and is available for orders with a limited value, size and weight. UPS International delivers within two to five days anywhere in the world. Insurance to cover the full value of your parcel is included. Delivery charges start at £39.99 up to £65 for oversized artworks to be delivered to remote areas. We also offer crated delivery via TNT for extra large framed Panoramic Prints. The cost of these services depend on your delivery address and varies greatly. Your personalized shipping quote will be displayed on the checkout page. All of our available delivery methods come with tracking information and live updates. Once your order is on its way, we will email you your tracking number and you can follow the journey of your parcel at my orders with up to five daily updates. Q: What is your returns policy?

Q: How do you package my artworks?

Loose prints are sent in protective cardboard postal tubes rolled up. This is the safest way to ship prints without mounts. Mounted and framed prints are shipped flat packed between several strong and protective corrugated boards. Original works are always shipped flatpacked with additional layers of safety to avoid potential creasing or water damage. Q: What does limited edition mean?

A limited edition print is an original image limited to a predetermined print quantity. The edition is hand signed and numbered by Stephen Wiltshire. The numbers on the print denote the individual piece number in the edition over the total edition size (i.e. 75/100). The choice of paper, printing technique, the size of the edition, the consistent quality of each print in the edition are just as critical as Stephen's choice of subject matter and style.
